A major improvement programme is planned in the Gargle Hill area of Norwich, focusing on enhancing both blocks and houses to improve safety, energy efficiency and resident wellbeing.
We’re pleased to be investing in homes and communal areas at Gargle Hill as part of our ongoing programme to improve homes across the NR7 area.
The improvement works are designed to enhance the quality, comfort and appearance of residents’ homes while helping to reduce the need for future repairs.
The programme will include:

Keeping residents informed is an important part of the project. We’ll provide regular updates throughout the programme, including letters, site visits and other communications so you know what to expect at each stage.
Where leasehold properties are affected, we’ll carry out all required consultation in line with the Section 20 process. The project is being delivered in partnership with Equans, with a strong focus on quality, safety and delivering improvements with as little disruption as possible. Robust health and safety measures will be in place throughout the works, including traffic management, asbestos management where required, and safe working practices for everyone on site.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation while these improvements are carried out. We look forward to delivering lasting benefits for everyone living at Gargle Hill.
