Ramsden Infill Estate, Orpington
We are carrying out a programme of investment and improvement works across Ramsden Infill Estate to improve the condition, safety and appearance of residents’ homes and shared spaces.
The programme covers 11 blocks of homes, with improvement works to Bekesbourne Tower being progressed separately through a dedicated budget and programme.
The blocks included within this programme are:
- Bredgar House – Westwell Close
- Petten Grove – Petten Grove
- Wittersham House – Westwell Close
- Challock House – Westwell Close
- Thurnham House – Waltham Close
- Stockbury House – Waltham Close
- Eastling House – Westwell Close
- Newington House – Lamberhurst Close
- Fawkham House – Wichling Close
- Hougham House – Wichling Close
- Lenham House – Lamberhurst Close
The homes were transferred to Clarion from the Local Authority and are now benefiting from a programme of investment to address improvements that have built up over time.
What work will be taking place?
- Repairs and improvements to balconies, walkways and communal areas
- Renewal of external metalwork, including balcony and stairwell railings
- Concrete repairs and improvements to the external structure of buildings
- External decoration works
- Roof and drainage improvements
- Improvements to communal areas and shared spaces
- Fire safety improvements
- Enhancements to bin storage areas and the wider estate environment

Jordan Mackley is dedicated Site Manager with 1 years of experience working with UI, managing our south London projects from start to finish. Experienced in coordinating site operations, supervising subcontractors, maintaining health, and safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Jordan is committed to delivering high-quality, building strong working relationships, and achieving quality results on every project.
